CARRIER STARTUP WITH US

DISPATCHER’S OBLIGATION:

  • Secure Freight Loads: Dispatcher sources and negotiates freight.
  • Provide Load Options: Dispatcher sends multiple load choices to the Carrier.
  • Communicate Load Details: Dispatcher communicates with brokers regarding load information.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: Dispatcher assists with pickup/delivery coordination and communication.
  • Manage Dispatch Paperwork: Dispatcher helps with supporting documents as needed.

CARRIER OBLIGATIONS:

  • Dispatch Fee: Carrier agrees to pay the verbally agreed dispatch fee weekly per truck/driver.
  • Weekly Payments: Payments must be made every Monday via Debit/Credit card for the previous week's loads.
  • Provide Required Documents: Carrier must supply rate confirmations and supporting documents for invoicing.
  • Complete Sign-Up Requirements: Carrier must finish all onboarding steps and carrier packets requested by brokers.
  • Sign Rate Confirmations: Carrier signs all rate confirmations for loads booked by the Dispatcher.
  • Provide Updates: Carrier must give timely pickup, transit, and delivery updates.
  • Follow FMCSA Regulations: Carrier must operate safely and legally under FMCSA rules.
  • Authorization: Carrier authorizes the Dispatcher to sign rate confirmations and invoices strictly for load and billing purposes.
  • Liability: Carrier is responsible for all damages, losses, or liabilities during transport.
  • Hold Harmless: Carrier holds Dispatcher and Broker harmless from injury or property damage claims.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Carrier must comply with all state and federal motor carrier laws.
  • No Restrictions: Carrier may also book their own loads. No signup or monthly fees apply.
